The carrier seems to be made of quality material , but it doesn’t fit my plates well. I should have done my due diligence and confirmed it fits medium plates before ordering, so it’s my own fault but I assumed it would fit since medium is generally considered the industry standard.

Nice plate carrier but lots of loose threads on the Velcro holding the cummerbund and is how I received it right out of the box, originally had emailed to see about a replacement or refund, but was told there was no visible issues with integrity of the carrier and would have to drive to the store front to get assessed. I thought maybe I was wrong and it was just excess thread but they have somewhat already started coming undone so I opted to try and fix the thread on my own instead of having to drive a fair distance on a possibility of return or exchange. However other than the threads holding the Velcro for the cummerbund it seems to be otherwise sturdy and fast delivery aswell as a fast original response to my email.

Loose stitching on Velcro, emailed to get replaced and was told no visible defect even though clearly a thread is freely hanging and would have to drive 2 hours to the store front to be assessed . Owner got back to me quickly and I opted to try and fix the loose string on my own rather than drive 2 hours on a possibility. However it was shipped fast and aside from that it seems sturdy.
